Titilope Ojo is an astute professional with over 18 years of experience in Organizational Leadership, International Development, Youth Empowerment, Training & Capacity Building, Project Management, Systems & Process Engineering, MSME Consulting, and Information Technology. Titi has supported the implementation of Agricultural Value Chain and Rural Development projects from donor organizations such as the UNDP, IFDC, DFID and USAID. She served as a National Advisor on the 2SCALE project (Toward Sustainable Clusters in Agribusiness through Learning in Entrepreneurship), a five-year Dutch-funded project supporting business ideas from the private sector that addresses both commercial and development objectives.

She currently plays a lead role in providing capacity building and facilitating evidence-based advocacy for non-oil exporters through the Trade Policy Workstream of the Policy Development Facility Program of the UK AID.

She obtained her first degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering from the premier University of Ibadan and holds a Masters degree from University of Wales (UoW) in Advanced Information Technology & Business Management.

In 2014, she was awarded the Humbert Humphrey Fellowship in recognition of her contributions in Leadership and Public Service by the US government. She completed 1 year of professional development as a Fulbright scholar at Cornell University, NY, where she had her graduate study in International Agriculture & Rural Development. During this period, she had some work experience  with CARANA Corporation, Virginia, USA, an International Trade and Development firm, where she worked on the Shea value chain component of the Nigeria Expanded Trade and Transport (NEXTT) project.

Prior to that she served as a Principal Manager of the Training Services Department at the Abuja Enterprise Agency (AEA) where she was instrumental in the rebranding of AEA Training Services. While at AEA, she served on several committees where she advised on Agricultural Value Chains of products such as Oil Palm, Shea, Dairy, Vegetables and Cassava. Before this, she served as a Senior Manager for Enterprise Development Services where she pioneered the One Village One Product (OVOP) rural community development projects for the Federal Capital Territory (FCT). She also served as Manager of Information Research & Technology Services where she pioneered the development of the Abuja SME online portal for SMEs in the FCT, the first in the country at the time.

Titi is a professional trainer and business coach. She is a certified Trainer under the Commonwealth Youth Programme (CYP), Creative Enterprise Program of the British Council and HP e-Learning among others. She has organised and delivered bespoke training programs for individuals, teams and organisations in Nigeria and in diaspora.

Titi has acquired expertise in organizational leadership and project management skills over the years through learning, certifications, and practice. She has managed diverse teams in achieving set goals and filled leadership positions at the highest levels.

She is a trained Lead Auditor under the International Standards Organization (ISO) in the following Management Systems: ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems (QMS), ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management Systems (EMS) and ISO 22000 Food Safety Management Systems (FSM), a set of worldwide proprietary, industrial and commercial standards. Titi is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP)

Titi is a well-organized, self-motivated, creative, goal oriented, energetic, and p professional. She is an excellent communicator and relationship manager. She can work in a multicultural environment and enjoys collaboration & teamwork.

She contributes to the development of the entrepreneurship ecosystem in Nigeria through her social responsibility initiative ‘The Idea Factory’, a monthly mentoring programme for business start-ups. The ‘Idea Factory’ is a platform that enables business ideas to become reality through co-creation and mentoring.
